At My Fylgja, we want you to love your art. We offer specific return windows depending on whether you purchase a unique original painting or a made-to-order art print.

1. Original Paintings (30 Days)

For original, one-of-a-kind paintings, we offer an extended 30-day satisfaction guarantee. We understand that buying original art is a significant decision, and we want you to feel the connection to the piece in your own home.

You have 30 days from receipt to request a return.
The artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.
You must use the original packaging (wooden crate/box) to ensure safety.

2. Art Prints & Canvas (14 Days)

For Art Posters and Canvas Prints, we offer a standard 14-day return policy in accordance with EU consumer laws.

Note: As these items are printed specifically for your order, we encourage you to double-check size and placement before purchasing to minimize waste.

You have 14 days from receipt to request a return.
The item must be unused, unrolled (if applicable), and in original packaging.

3. Shipping & Costs

Customer Pays Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. How to Start a Return

Pack the item securely. For prints, avoid bending or crushing the tube.

Step 3

Once inspected, we will refund your purchase within 5 business days.

5. Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged during transit, contact us immediately with photos, and we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
