Premium Packaging
Your painting is a one-of-a-kind investment. We treat it that way.
- Large Works: Shipped in custom-built wooden crates for maximum protection.
- Medium/Small Works: Shipped in reinforced, multi-layer art boxes.
- Protection: Wrapped in acid-free archival paper and moisture-resistant layers.
2. Prints & Posters
To ensure the fastest delivery and lowest carbon footprint, our Fine Art Prints are produced and shipped via our global partner network (Prodigi).
- Local Production: We print in the UK, USA, EU, and Australia depending on your location. This means no customs fees for most customers!
- Packaging: Shipped in rigid, reinforced art tubes or flat protective packaging (depending on size) or protective boxes (for canvas prints).
- Timing: Prints typically ship within 2-4 business days.

Customs & Duties
EU Customers: No customs or duties (VAT included).
International (Non-EU):
- Originals: You may be responsible for import duties/taxes determined by your local customs office. We cannot predict these fees.
- Prints: Generally, no customs fees as we print locally in the US, UK, and AU.
Damage in Transit
In the extremely rare case of damage:
- Contact us immediately at mail@myfylgja.com with photos.
- We handle all insurance claims.
- You receive a full refund OR replacement immediately.
